Here's our latest round-up of planning applications submitted to, and approved by, High Peak Borough Council.

A number of planning applications have been submitted to High Peak Borough Council they include:

Demolition of existing garage and construction of two storey side extension including garage at 15 Hollin Drive, Chapel-en-le-Frith
A new brickwork porch and timber pergola structure to the front elevation of 27 The Crescent, New Mills
Single storey rear extension at Holmlea, New Horwich Road, Whaley Bridge
Two storey rear extension at 21 Low Meadow, Whaley Bridge
Proposed garage to the side of 15A York Street, Glossop

Plans approved

Plans that have been given the go ahead and granted permission by High Peak Borough Council include:

Extension to provide larger garage and improved porch 74 Horse Fair Avenue, Chapel-en-le-Frith
External alterations to an existing care home at Oakford Manor Nursing Home, Newshaw Lane, Hadfield, Glossop
