Here's our latest round-up of planning applications submitted to, and approved by, High Peak Borough Council.
A number of planning applications have been submitted to High Peak Borough Council they include:
- Demolition of existing garage and construction of two storey side extension including garage at 15 Hollin Drive, Chapel-en-le-Frith
- A new brickwork porch and timber pergola structure to the front elevation of 27 The Crescent, New Mills
- Single storey rear extension at Holmlea, New Horwich Road, Whaley Bridge
- Two storey rear extension at 21 Low Meadow, Whaley Bridge
- Proposed garage to the side of 15A York Street, Glossop
Plans approved
Plans that have been given the go ahead and granted permission by High Peak Borough Council include:
- Extension to provide larger garage and improved porch 74 Horse Fair Avenue, Chapel-en-le-Frith
- External alterations to an existing care home at Oakford Manor Nursing Home, Newshaw Lane, Hadfield, Glossop
