Plans turned down
Plans for single storey rear extension and front balcony to be built at 7 Hillside, Beech Rise in Whaley Bridge have been refused by High Peak Borough Council.
The application was rejected as the balcony would be an unsympathetic development, out of keeping with the existing dwelling and harmful to the character and appearance of the street scene.
The plans are available to view on the council’s website at www.highpeak.gov.uk
