
We round up the latest plans which have been approved by High Peak Borough Council and other applications which have been submitted.
Plans that have been given the go ahead include:
- Plans to merge 1 and York Terrace, Glossop into single 5-bedroom dwelling
- First floor extension at 27 Shropshire Drive, Glossop
- Single storey side extension 20 Cowbrook Avenue, Glossop
- Approval of Reserved Matters following outline permission at land off Dolly Wood Close, Buxworth
- Removal of existing industrial unit and replacement with a Class E(g) (iii) Industrial Unit at Unit D, Victoria Mill, Woodside Street, New Mills
A number of other planning applications have been submitted to the borough council.
They include:
- Loft conversion 21 Chapel Road, Whaley Bridge
- Single storey rear extension at 27 Bowden Lane, Chapel-En-Le-Frith
- First floor extension over existing garage and kitchen at 10 Green Bank, Simmondley, Glossop
- Two storey extensions at the rear/side and first floor extension over part of existing ground floor accommodation at 6 The Green, Simmondley, Glossop
- Create a driveway in the current front garden of 16 Derwent Square, Chinley
- Timber garden room at 23 Totley Green, Gamesley, Glossop
