RSPCA seize animals in Glossop

RSPCA officers have seized animals from an address in Glossop.

The 18 animals, including horses, goats and a pig, were taken last week.

An RSPCA spokesperson said: “RSPCA officers joined Derbyshire Police who executed a warrant at an address in Glossop under the Animal Welfare Act.

“In total 18 animals were seized by police and placed into the care of the RSPCA.

“An investigation is now ongoing so we can’t go into any further detail at this time.”
