
Glossop Mountain Rescue Team's Santa will be climbing into his sleigh and visiting communities across Glossopdale this month.
From Sunday, December 12 through to Tuesday, December 21, Santa’s sleigh will be visiting different areas from 6.30pm each evening.
The routes have been carefully planned out and include as many streets as possible.
Sunday, December 12 - Hadfield North, Padfield and Tintwistle: Hadfield Station, Malvern Rise, Platt Street, Post Street, Temple Street, Padfield Main Road, Brosscroft, Vale House Drive, Bankbottom, Waterside, The Croft. Peter Street, Goddard Lane, New Road, Torside Street, Conduit Street, West Drive, Manchester Road, Old Road (Tintwistle).
Monday, December 13 - Hadfield: Hadfield Station, Station Road, Bank Street, Wesley Street, Kiln Lane, Old Hall Square, Chapel Lane, Ridings Road, Mersey Bank Road, Etherow Way, John Dalton Street, Wooley Bridge Road, Watkin Avenue, Hadfield Road, Higher Barn Road including Brook Road, Green Lane, Newlands Drive, Newshaw Lane, Church Street, Hadfield Road, South Marlow Street, Queen Street, Stanyforth Street, Railway Street.

Santa’s Sleigh will also be at the Old Glossop Fair on Sunday, December 5, at Glossop Garden Centre on Saturday, December 11, and at Norfolk Square on Saturday, December 18.
