Serious collision in New Mills

A 29-year-old man was hospitalised after being involved in a serious collision in New Mills. 

The man, who was driving a black Mercedes, crashed into three parked vehicles on Hague Bar Road at around 8.40pm on Wednesday 23 October. 

He was taken to hospital as a precaution. 

Police are appealing for any witnesses, houses with CCTV or anyone with dash cam footage who may have been in the area at the time to get in touch. 

Anyone who can help with enquiries is asked to call the non-emergency number 101 and ask for PC 15065 Emily Wright, quoting reference number 19000568488.
