Shed broken into in Padfield

Police are investigating after three males were allegedly seen breaking into a garden shed at a property in Padfield.

It happened on Platt Street in the early hours of Thursday 9 December, at around 3.50am.

Glossop Police Safer Neighbourhood Team say the trio were disturbed by the owner of the property and then made off from the area.

One of them is described as being in his early teens, while the other two were slightly older - all were wearing dark hoodies with their hoods up.

Anyone with information or CCTV or dash cam footage in the area at the relevant time is asked to call 101 or report it online at www.derbyshire.police.uk, quoting occurrence reference 21000716707 and the officer in the case PCSO 12982 Harvey.
