The latest plans in the High Peak

Here's our latest round-up of recent planning applications received by High Peak Borough Council.

They include:

  • Demolition of rear conservatory and construction of single storey bedroom extension and side storage extension, 6 High Meadows, Simmondley.
  • Conversion of office into dwelling, Lees Hall Quarry, Turnlee Road, Glossop.
  • Extension to side elevation, 8 Larch Way, Glossop.
  • Single storey rear extension, 8 Hurst Crescent, Glossop.

Meanwhile a planning application for a two storey side extension and single storey rear extension at 40 Fairey Bank Crescent, Hayfield, has been refused by High Peak Borough Council.

High Peak Borough Council planners have also refused an application to change the use of agricultural land at 137 Hayfield Road, Birch Vale, to a parking area and install hard standing.
