Village traffic problem

John France didn’t mince his words when he visited the latest Charlesworth Parish Council meeting.

His subject was Lee Vale Drive, describing the pavements as uneven and a hazard and the snickets as unkempt and full of dog mess.

John however kept his main concern down to the village's traffic problem.

Describing the situation as a ‘nightmare’ he feared the worst, with the amount of traffic increasing all the time.

Homes were being built all over Glossop, with Charlesworth in the firing line.
