Tuesday evening (16 March) proved to be a busy one for officers from Glossop Police's Safer Neighbourhood Team.
They are appealing for information after reports of a group of youths seen throwing items at cars around the Pennine Road area of Simmondley at around 6.20pm.
They were around four or five - all dressed in black clothing. One had a hood with black goggles attached and another had a hood with a fur collar.
Anyone who witnessed anything is asked to call 101, quoting occurrence number 21000148557.
There were also reports of four people on the roof of Gamesley Early Excellence Centre at Winster Mews on Tuesday evening.
Again, anyone with information is asked to get in touch with Glossop Police SNT.
Meanwhile, officers also attended The Promenade on Market Street in New Mills following a report of anti-social behaviour.
Police say a group of youngsters were "spoken to", their details were taken and they were advised to leave the area - to which they complied.
