A Shaw opticians is celebrating a Branch of the Year Award from national high street retailer, Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care.
The branch on Market Street won the accolade after coming top in the North West area to clinch the title at Scrivens’ annual conference and awards ceremony.
Manager Elaine Speight, who has worked there for four years, said: “It’s our first win and we’re delighted.
“We pride ourselves on our hearing services as well as our optical care and we have many loyal customers. Some have been coming to us for over 40 years.”
The award is recognition for the team’s first class customer care, general positive attitude, optical and hearing expertise and all round professionalism.
