Emergency services are in attendance after a lorry ploughed into a cottage in the centre of the Saddleworth village.
It crashed into the side of the building in The Square at around 11:30am this morning (Tuesday).
Police, ambulance crews and firefighters attended the scene, where the vehicle had smashed into a memorial in the centre of the square and no-one is thought to be injured.
We are just getting reports of a LGV colliding with a property in Dobcross. GMFRS are on their way as are the Councils building inspectors. Can we ask that you avoid the village and find an alternative route for the time being

A spokesman for GMFRS said: "We were called just before 11.30am to The Square, Dobcross, to a HGV going into a house.
"It collided with a low wall. Nobody is trapped."
