The project includes the redevelopment of Spindles Town Square Shopping Centre, the creation of a brand-new town centre park and a cultural quarter with a new theatre.
Footage for the film has been shot across Oldham using a drone.

Cllr Arooj Shah, Oldham Council Leader and Cabinet Member for Economic and Social Reform, added: “We have lots of exciting plans for Oldham town centre but we know it can be difficult to visualise just how everything will come together.
“We have created this new video to put everything into perspective; to show you our major projects and how buildings and places could look in the future.
“Please take a look at the video and see for yourself - there’s lots to look forward to!”
