A woman and a child have been taken to hospital after a lorry ploughed into a wall in Oldham on Thursday.
The collision took place on Ashton Road, near to the junction of Coal Pit Lane, in Hathershaw at around 12pm.
A woman and a five-year-old girl were in the house by the wall at the time and both have been taken to Oldham Royal Hospital. They are thought to be suffering from shock.
The driver of the truck - a man in his mid-50s - is understood not to be seriously injured.
The lorry is understood to have completely smashed down a brick wall, while fire crews are working to clean up a substantial amount of fuel which has leaked from the vehicle.
Emergency services remain at the scene and the road has been closed in both directions, affecting traffic and bus services.
