East Cheshire Harriers launch Fitness Challenge

The running track is closed for the foreseeable future, but that hasn't stopped East Cheshire Harriers Running Club from keeping their members active.

Like a lot of other clubs and individuals during the lockdown, East Cheshire will be launching a daily fitness challenge online - which started this morning and broadcast on their Twitter account.

Below is the challenge set out to participants:
