As usual, there's an update with our non-league managers from the recent fixtures, an interview with Glossop North End secretary Dan Bates, an update from Ashton Cricket Club's Martin Frost following the club's relegation, an interview with Joanna Egerton who is taking on ten marathons in ten days, and Katie talks us through her preparation ahead of the Greater Manchester Half Marathon.
