The draw for the Manchester Premier Cup first round has been made.
Cup holders Ashton United will begin their title defence against ear neighbours Curzon Ashton at Hurst Cross.
Hyde United, beaten in the final last season, will make the journey to Trafford, whilst Stalybridge Celtic host FC United of Manchester.
Mossley are also on the road and make the journey to Radcliffe.
Across the border, Avro, who were beaten in the semi-final last season, host Chadderton at the Vestacare Stadium, whilst Glossop North End have also been handed a home tie against West Didsbury & Chorlton.
Elsewhere, Maine Road entertain Irlam, and Bury travel to Wythenshawe Town.
The ties will take place on various dates in October.
A hat trick from home winger Alex Hurst saw the hosts home after Ashton had looked comfortable for most of the first half at the F.Ball Community Stadium on Saturday.
