Town return to action but lose out in friendly

Denton Town Football Club returned to action on Tuesday evening with a friendly against Springhead.

Unfortunately for Phill Cooper and Darren Green's side, Town fell to a 3-1 defeat at Whittle's Park.

Following the game, Cooper tweeted the following:
