“I found yoga when I was going through a difficult time in life, and I was suffering with depression. Yoga helped me to find stillness and a sense of peace, since then it’s continued to help me to create a calming balance in my life,” she says.

After years of practicing yoga and developing an immense passion for it, the 31-year-old travelled to Goa in India for a month to train for 200 hours and become a yoga teacher.

“It’s amazing to see how much calmer and more relaxed people feel at the end of a yoga class,” she says.
Laura believes the benefits from yoga are monumental, as it is ‘so much more than physical postures.’
“Yoga is a way of life that helps with our ability to cope with stress and lead happier, more joyful lives.
