Detectives are appealing for the public’s help after a Hyde man in his 20s suffered life-changing injuries in a hit and run on Sunday night.
Police found the victim on Lumn Road at around 11:30pm, who remains in hospital in a serious condition.
Eyewitnesses reported seeing a group of men wearing balaclavas and wielding shovels near the former Globe Inn, who then drove at and hit the man before speeding off.
It is thought the victim may have disturbed the suspects while they were robbing property.
