Ashton's successful artisan market will make a return to Market Square on Saturday (31 July).
The innovative event, organised by Tameside Council’s market team and The Market Co, takes place on the last Saturday of every month between 10am and 4pm, collating some of the most bespoke businesses in the area.
Whether you’re a keen artist or a connoisseur of newest cuisines, there will be something for everyone in the town this weekend. As well as the array of traders with unique stalls, entertainment from local musicians is provided to liven everyone’s spirits.
Previous markets have proved a huge success and have been vital in supporting local traders as they look to recover from the financial burdens of the Covid pandemic.
