An Ashton restaurant has appealed for two suspected dine and dashers to do the decent thing and return to pay their bill.
The customers enjoyed a meal and drinks at the Purple Olive restaurant on Stamford Street East, but scarpered without setting their bill for more than £159.
The pair downed cocktails and spirits alongside their meals but left without paying.
The bill included nearly £40 for four mai tai cocktails and £36 for four double Jack Daniels and cokes.
A pair of porn star martinis accounted for another £17 and a couple of pints Cobra came to nearly a tenner.
The meal included two tandoori mixed grills, lamb chops, a mixed grill and tandoori king prawns, not forgetting a couple of poppadoms.
Now the restaurant is demanding they return and pay up, otherwise the police will be called.
A spokesman said: "We had two customers who had a meal along with cocktails and other drinks. Unfortunately these two guests made off without paying. If this was a genuine mistake please pay the total balance which was a grand total of £159.70. You can make this payment by coming into the restaurant and we can rectify this discretely.
"If not we will have no choice but to report you to the police and release CCTV footage. Currently the photos we have uploaded your faces are blurred.
"If payment or contact is not made within 24 hours we will have no choice but to upload the CCTV footage without it being blurred. This is a route we would rather not go down.
"We value all our customers, but to have a full meal with starters, mains, cocktails and spirit drinks to then intentionally make off without paying is totally unacceptable. We hope that’s not the case and it was a genuine mistake. We look forward to hearing from you soon."
