Droylsden Little Theatre's next production is the comedy Di and Viv and Rose, showing from next week.
The story follows the lives of three young girls, who move in together to go to university and, even with the odd skirmish, unconditionally support each other no matter what life throws at them.
Despite the recurring dramas, the play is cheerful, with a warm atmosphere.
Crackling with wisdom and wit, Di and Viv and Rose is a humorous and thoughtful exploration of friendship’s impact on life and life’s impact on friendship.
Amelia Bullmore’s 2013 play touches on some hard hitting subjects throughout the lives of the ladies concerned.
Directed by Mandy Mallinson, the show runs from 6 March to 11 March, with evening performances starting at 7.45pm.
