Mossley Food Bank is making an appeal for extra supplies.
The food bank, which is based at Mossley Youthbase at The Rowans in Micklehurst, is looking for the following foodstuffs:
noodles, potatoes - mash and tinned, cooking sauces, tinned tomatoes, cereal, tinned meat, packet rice, meat spread, tinned soup/packet soup, jam and crackers.
Mossley Food Bank aims to support people in financial hardship, through ill health, low income, benefit issues etc.
It is open on Thursdays between 10am-noon.
Donations can be dropped off at the food bank, or send a message to the Mossley Food Bank Facebook page for other drop-off points.
