The national exit poll conducted by market research company IPSOS predicts a Labour landslide as polls closed at 10pm tonight.
Labour are expected to win 410 seats, the Conservatives 131 and Lib Dems in third place with 61.
This would give Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer a majority of more than 170.
Reform are expected to win just 13 seats, despite a predicted Tory exodus, and the Greens two seats.
In Scotland, the SNP are predicted to have just 10 seats.
The poll gives Labour a 170 seat majority.
Jeremy Hunt is set to be the first sitting Chancellor of the Exchequer to lose his seat.
If the Liberal Democrats win 61 seats it would be one less than their record of 62 in 2005.
Leader Sir Ed Davey said: “The Liberal Democrats are on course for our best results in a century, thanks to our positive campaign with health and care at its heart.
“I am humbled by the millions of people who backed the Liberal Democrats to both kick the Conservatives out of power and deliver the change our country needs.
“Every Liberal Democrat MP will be a strong local champion for their community standing up for the NHS and care. Whether you voted for us or not, we will work day in and day out and we will not let you down.”
