Happy youngsters net tickets for Mossley AFC

HAPPY: Cameron Schofield and Toby Langstaff with Ryder and Dutton branch manager Alice Powell.

Two excited Mossley school pupils are kicking off 2023 in sporting style.

The youngsters, from St George’s CE Primary School, netted match day tickets to Mossley AFC thanks to the generosity of Ryder and Dutton (Mossley branch).

Cameron Schofield, from Year 5, and Toby Langstaff, from Year 3, were presented with their tickets by the Ryder and Dutton team.

Year 4 class teacher, Leanne Towell, said she was pleased with the generosity and community spirit of the local business in Mossley.

She added: “Ryder and Dutton (Mossley branch) telephoned the school at the beginning of the week to let us know that we were one of five local primary schools to get their hands on some Mossley AFC match day tickets.

“We thank them for their generosity. We are proud to be part of the Mossley community!”
