
An injured motorcyclist was taken to hospital after being involved in a collision with a car in Mossley.
It happened on Stockport Road on Thursday evening (12 August).
The road was closed off by police for a period from around 7pm.
Residents in the area reported seeing an air ambulance in the vicinity.
A spokesperson for North West Ambulance Service said a man in his 30s was taken by land ambulance to hospital with "non-life-threatening injuries".
They said: "We responded to an RTC involving a car and motorbike. The motorcyclist, a male in his 30s, was taken to hospital by road with non-life-threatening injuries.
"The Helimed crew also assisted with the response."
The Reporter contacted Greater Manchester Police for more details but has had no response.
