LISTEN: Kim Creates A Winter Wonderland To Raise Funds For Francis House Children's Hospice

A homeowner from Audenshaw has transformed her house into a winter wonderland to raise funds for Francis House Children's Hospice.

Kim Ryan, who lives on Woodhouses Avenue, is going all out to raise money for @Francis House Children's Hospice- a facility which took great care of her son, Cameron, who sadly died in 2010.

As part of her efforts, Kim has drafted in a number of friends and generous businesses to adorn the house ahead of the grand opening on December 10th - which will include a musical event with refreshments. The house itself will have LED floodlights projected onto it, along with Stunning Christmas boarding to resemble Santa’s workshop with rows of presents, and a life size Santa.

We've been speaking to Kim to find out the reasons behind the idea, the respect she has for Francis House, and how she wants to play her part in uniting the community during December.

We spoke to Kim about it all.
