Detectives investigating a sex attack on a woman in Hyde have made an arrest.
A 23-year-old man was arrested last night on suspicion of serious sexual offences and remains in custody for questioning.
This is in connection with an incident that took place on Friday morning when a woman was assaulted walking past Grafton Street, just off Clark Way.
She is currently being assisted by specialist officers.

“Our enquiries are ongoing with patrols plans in place, as well as other officers working around the clock to bring the person responsible for this horrific act to justice.
