Man arrested in dawn drugs raid

Police from three units raided the home of a suspected drug dealer in the early hours of this morning (Friday January 24).

Officers arrested a man who remains in custody on supply of Class B drugs in the Waterloo area of Ashton. 

A statement from Tameside police said: “If you have any information regarding the supply of drugs within your community - please do provide this information as intelligence to your local neighbourhood team.”
