Plans have been submitted to change the use of a former public house in Hyde to a residential development comprising three, two-bedroom flats and one three bedroom flat.
The conversion concerns Clarence Hotel at 195 Talbot Road, Hyde - now a large disused pub building.
The proposal looks to modify the existing building in order to provide for the four flats but largely remains the same.
Front access will be provided to a communal corridor with the existing staircase remaining in place.
A secondary access is provided to the rear with bin storage and access along the side of the building through a gated front access.
The development would look to retain the existing building character largely as is with the existing windows being reinstated and the introduction of a single new window to the side elevation.
Tameside Council is considering the proposal.
