Hyde – Saturday, 19th April 2025 – Hyde Young People's Enterprise (HYPE) is thrilled to present Social on the Square, a dynamic youth-led community event set to transform Hyde Market Square into a vibrant hub of creativity, entrepreneurship, and entertainment. Bringing together young entrepreneurs, local businesses, and talented performers, this event promises an engaging and inclusive experience for the entire community.

Event Highlights

The event will feature a diverse array of attractions, ensuring a fun-filled day for attendees of all ages:

• Market Stalls – Young entrepreneurs and local businesses will display handmade crafts, beauty and wellness products, and innovative enterprise initiatives.
• Live Entertainment – Enjoy performances from local musicians, dancers, street performers, and live art demonstrations.
• Food Vendors – A delicious selection of street food, local bakeries, global cuisine, and dietary-inclusive options will be available.

Special Guest: Dr. Ria Meera

We are proud to welcome Dr. Ria Meera as a special guest. A celebrated artist with numerous accolades, including a prestigious Bollywood Guinness World Record, Dr. Meera is a trained Bharatanatyam dancer, celebrity choreographer, cultural consultant, and director of Ri Ri’s Dance Academy. Her presence at Social on the Square will further highlight the event’s commitment to celebrating diversity and the arts.
