Saneface

From Monday 20th January onwards, band of the week on Tameside Radio's Local Music Spotlight feature are Saneface. Influenced by the likes of Two Doors Cinema Club and Car Seat Headrest, the four-piece band formed in high school and consists of Nic Malabuyoc (Vocals, Guitar) Lucas May (Drums) Fred Roberts (Guitar) and Rhys Mcnish (Bass, Backing Vocals). Coming off the back of their biggest ever headline show at Manchester Academy 3 in November, their plans for 2025 are even greater. They have partnered with highly respected music promoters 'Scruff off the Neck' to play at Manchester's Lion's Den live music venue on May 16th. Their debut single 'Bent' was released in June 2024, followed a month later by second single 'Reason To'. Both tracks are available on all major streaming platforms. Recent single 'Greenscreen' was released in December, with the band continuing to build on their momentum and show loyal and newer fans that they have no intentions of slowing down.
