The Kindred

From Monday March 10th onwards, band of the week on Tameside Radio's Local Music Spotlight feature are Manchester based band The Kindred. The band formed in 2018 and consists of Rob Baife, Elliott Baife and Mike King, and are influenced by Industrial, Techno, Ambient and Drum & Bass music, along with motion picture soundtracks. Their debut album 'A Violent Reaction' was released in 2019, followed by 'Fractures', the bands second album which was released last year on Greensmoke Records and features a collaboration with British Rapper KMRS. Later this year the band will release their third album 'New Door' which promises to 'push the soundscape of the group while harking back to the roots of the original project'.
