  As Easter approaches, Dogs Trust Manchester is reminding owners that chocolate and some dried fruits are poisonous to dogs. If a dog eats chocolate, it can result in vomiting and diarrhoea, amongst other symptoms, and can even be fatal. The charity advises that if your dog has eaten chocolate or dried fruit such as sultanas, raisins, currants etc, contact your vet immediately
